JLM designed and installed a range of mechanical and electrical services for Whitehall II, a newly refurbished ‘Grade A’ purpose-built six-storey office building in the heart of central Leeds.
The building features raised access floors, suspended ceiling tiles, recessed Category II lighting, air conditioning, DDA-compliant access, and male, female and disabled toilet and shower facilities.
The mechanical and electrical works carried out by JLM included the design and installation of a lighting system and supply of electrical services including small power and containment. In addition, we designed and installed an HVAC system, provided data/networking infrastructure and configured and installed an integrated fire alarm and sprinkler system.
