JLM Mechanical and Electrical designed and installed a range of services for an exclusive residential development consisting of 27 luxury apartments and communal interior and exterior areas.
The mechanical works carried out by JLM included heating design and installation, provision of hot and cold water services, as well as the installation of mechanical ventilation, pipework, sprinklers and ductwork.
Our electrical engineering team carried out an extensive programme of works which incorporated the design and installation of a lighting system comprising internal, external and emergency lighting, and the installation of small power, containment, and telecom/data infrastructure. In addition, we completed the configuration and implementation of security and safety systems including a fire alarm system, access control system, CCTV and TV/AV installation, nurse call system and a hearing induction loop.
