HV/AC

Hot & Cold Water
Ensuring the safety and consistent operation of hot and cold water supply is critical for all types of property, from residential to industrial. Plumbing systems require careful design and regular servicing to ensure that they can deliver the required load without the risk of leaks or failure.
Our fully certified engineering team can design, supply, install and maintain integrated plumbing systems at any scale, including capacity and pressure analysis, routing of hot and cold water pipework, and installing heaters, chillers, pumps, filters and demineralisation systems.
Building Management Systems
Building Management Systems (BMS) or Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS) are used to monitor, manage and control subsystems within a building including electrical, HVAC, gas, water, fire safety and security. They provide a single point of access for building managers, maintenance/incident alerts, and event logging.
JLM offers BMS integration as part of our engineering services — either configured and installed as we implement new infrastructure or retrofitted to manage existing systems more efficiently — helping our clients to reduce their energy consumption and increase standards of safety and security.
Boilers & Plant Rooms
From multiple occupancy dwellings to commercial and industrial applications, boilers and boiler plant rooms are a fundamental necessity — and it’s vital that the system and components are correctly designed and configured to ensure safe and consistent operation.
We work with clients across all sectors to deliver permanent or mobile/temporary boiler and plant solutions which are tailored to planned usage levels and make the best use of available space to deliver hot, low-temperature hot or cold water for a range of applications.
Gas Engineers
Our fully qualified and Gas Safe registered engineers provide a range of domestic, commercial and industrial gas installation services, on an individual basis or as part of larger projects, as well as offering maintenance, repair and breakdown/emergency cover for new or existing clients.
From project planning and design through to installation and testing, JLM specialises in large-scale heating systems, commercial gas boilers, gas system surveys and audits, meter and regulator assessments, gas leak detection, re-piping, gas turbines and commercial kitchen gas appliances.
Above Ground Drainage
Above-ground drainage systems channel wastewater from building exteriors and interiors to the main sewer system. Components include downpipes, sunken channels and guttering to manage rainwater, as well as soil & waste systems to safely transfer greywater and blackwater to the sewer.
JLM will work with you to design the most cost-effective and low-maintenance above-ground drainage system that meets the outflow capacity requirements of your property, and we can incorporate water-saving elements such as water recapture and storage if required.

Our designers will work closely with your team to capture requirements, assess risks and agree on budgets and time constraints. Working from your existing plans or conducting on-site visits we’ll then deliver a comprehensive project design for your approval.

Servicing & Maintenance
