Moor Park 25 is a 15-acre distribution and manufacturing hub in Mirfield, West Yorkshire. JLM completed a comprehensive mechanical and electrical engineering project at the site comprising the following services:
Our electrical engineers installed a new transformer and main switchboard, along with new distribution boards, and carried out earthing, bonding and containment installation, as well as installing mechanical plant power supplies.
Our team supplied and installed small power, standard and emergency lighting to the main office areas, process areas and workshops, and external lighting outside the building. We implemented a new lighting control system
Safety & Security
We installed and configured a range of supporting systems including CCTV/security, fire alarms, disabled alarms and data infrastructure.
JLM’s mechanical engineering team implemented a new water supply, metering and pipework, including a dedicated supply to the building plant room in compliance with Yorkshire Water guidelines, as well as an above-ground drainage system.
We supplied new gas housing, gas meter and pipework supply to the building plant room, and installed an LTHW heating system as well as gas radiant heating to the workshop and warehouse
We supplied and installed mechanical ventilation and sanitaryware to bathrooms, installed hot and cold water services to kitchens and break areas, and implemented an HVAC system within the office areas.
