JLM Mechanical and Electrical have recently completed their renovation of the facilities at Pinnacle, a multi-storey building providing the rental of luxury office space in Leeds City Centre. JLM were responsible for the design, supply and installation of a range of mechanical and electrical works for one of the best known commercial and retail properties that include:
- Disconnection, removal and disposal of existing boiler plant
- Low temperature hot water pumps and pipework
- Installation of water and gas pipework
- Lighting and lighting controls
- New boilers with stainless steel flue system
- Installation of a flushing bypass
- Installation of a new twin gas booster set, including all controls and hardwire
- Links to gas solenoid valve
- Links to fire alarm system
- Gas detection and diffusible link heat detection system
- Installation of new controls to existing Business Management System
- Cable management containment
- New pressurisation unit and expansion vessel
- New dosing pot and associated local pipework
- Replacement 0f existing flues and new boiler plinths
