Completed Project: Russell Dean, Mytholmroyd

JLM Mechanical and Electrical have designed and installed a range of mechanical and electrical works for a re-build of the furniture store, Russell Dean, on Burley Road in Mytholmroyd. These works are part of a £3million contract that was undertaken to re-build the store after severe damage caused by the floods of later December 2015.Mechanical works include:

• Heating and gas supplies
• Plumbing fixtures
• Water and plumbing services
• Drainage
• Ventilation
• Air Conditioning - heating and cooling
• Water treatment services to improve the water quality
• Installation of automatic controls / field wiring
• Installation of smoke vents

Electrical works include:

• General power and electricity
• Lighting fixtures and controls
• Fire detection and security alarms
• Access control and intruder systems
• Cable management
• Data
• Lightning protection
• Surge protection
